1. Quiénes somos

Patapa es un servicio operado por [Razón social], NIF [NIF], con domicilio en [dirección completa], España. Al usar el sitio web o la aplicación aceptas estos términos.

2. Qué ofrece Patapa

Patapa es una plataforma que reúne cuatro servicios para dueños de mascotas: una comunidad, un historial médico digital con evaluación preliminar asistida por IA, la reserva de citas y telemedicina con clínicas asociadas, y un marketplace de productos.

Durante la fase de acceso anticipado algunas funciones pueden estar incompletas, cambiar o interrumpirse sin previo aviso.

3. Aviso importante sobre salud animal

Patapa no presta servicios veterinarios ni sustituye una consulta profesional. Las evaluaciones generadas con inteligencia artificial son orientativas y su único objetivo es ayudarte a preparar la visita al veterinario.

Ante cualquier signo de urgencia, acude de inmediato a un centro veterinario. Nunca retrases una consulta por lo que indique la aplicación.

5. Uso aceptable

No está permitido publicar contenido ilegal, ofensivo o que vulnere derechos de terceros; suplantar identidades; extraer datos de forma automatizada; ni interferir en el funcionamiento del servicio. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estas reglas.

6. Contenido que publicas

El contenido que subes sigue siendo tuyo. Nos concedes una licencia limitada, no exclusiva y revocable para almacenarlo y mostrarlo dentro del servicio con el único fin de prestártelo. Puedes retirarlo eliminándolo de la app.

7. Clínicas, telemedicina y marketplace

Las clínicas asociadas son profesionales independientes: la relación asistencial y la responsabilidad clínica son suyas. En el marketplace actuamos como intermediario entre tú y el vendedor; los derechos de desistimiento y garantía se rigen por la normativa de consumo aplicable y por las condiciones de cada vendedor.

8. Precios y suscripciones

El acceso durante la beta es gratuito. Cuando existan planes de pago, sus precios y condiciones se publicarán con antelación y podrás cancelarlos en cualquier momento con efecto al final del periodo facturado.

9. Responsabilidad

Prestamos el servicio con diligencia razonable, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni ausencia total de errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos de daños indirectos o lucro cesante. Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse legalmente, incluidos los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumidores.

10. Cambios y terminación

Podemos actualizar estos términos avisándote con antelación razonable. Si no estás de acuerdo, puedes dejar de usar el servicio y cerrar tu cuenta.

11. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Si actúas como consumidor, podrás acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio y a los mecanismos de resolución alternativa de litigios que correspondan.

2. What Patapa offers

Patapa brings together four services for pet owners: a community, a digital medical record with AI-assisted preliminary assessment, appointment booking and telehealth with partner clinics, and a product marketplace.

During early access some features may be incomplete, change, or be interrupted without prior notice.

3. Important notice on animal health

Patapa does not provide veterinary services and does not replace a professional consultation. AI-generated assessments are indicative only, and exist solely to help you prepare for the vet visit.

At any sign of an emergency, go to a veterinary centre immediately. Never delay a consultation because of what the app says.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You may not post unlawful or offensive content or content infringing third-party rights; impersonate others; scrape data automatically; or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Content you post

Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store and display it within the service for the sole purpose of providing it to you. You can withdraw it by deleting it in the app.

7. Clinics, telehealth and marketplace

Partner clinics are independent professionals: the care relationship and clinical responsibility are theirs. In the marketplace we act as an intermediary between you and the seller; withdrawal and warranty rights are governed by applicable consumer law and each seller's terms.

8. Pricing and subscriptions

Access during the beta is free. When paid plans exist, their prices and conditions will be published in advance and you will be able to cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billed period.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be entirely free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with reasonable prior notice. If you disagree, you can stop using the service and close your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are acting as a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile and use the applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
